Ernest Asare
Group Managing Director
Ernest Asare is a seasoned Business Consultant with over 13 years of experience spanning Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and Management. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Vantage Corporate Services Ltd, a group comprising two subsidiaries. In this capacity, he is responsible for spearheading the group’s overarching strategy, business development, and financial performance.
In addition to his executive leadership, Ernest sits on the Board of Directors for several prominent organisations, including Kaizen Gaming Ghana Ltd, Metrohm Central Africa Ltd, and Kitea Ghana Ltd.
Prior to his current appointment, he was the Founder and Managing Director of Faber Business Advisory Ltd, a firm established to assist SMEs in achieving sustainable growth. During his tenure, he oversaw the development of comprehensive business plans for clients across diverse sectors, including private equity, agriculture, and food processing. Under his direction, Faber successfully assisted clients in capital raising and provided essential accounting and taxation services.
Ernest graduated summa cum laude from Arcadia University (USA) with a BA in Mathematics and a minor in Physics. He also holds a BSc in Civil Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Columbia University (USA). Furthermore, he holds a certificate in the Fundamentals of Financial Services from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Kukua Awo Pratt, Esq.
Director
Kukua Pratt is a seasoned corporate governance and legal professional and co-founder of Vantage Corporate Services LTD.
She is currently the Senior Manager, Compliance at MTN Ghana where she leads the development and implementation of the company-wide compliance and data privacy programs. She also contributes to strategic oversight and decision-making through directorships with Mirepa Capital SME Fund I LTD and PRE- TAG Fund LBG (Teachers Welfare Fund)
As the immediate past Group Head-Legal, Compliance, Administration and Company Secretary of the Petra Group of Companies, she led the establishment of legal and corporate governance structures for the Group where she developed an excellent track record of providing corporate governance advice and support to both Management and Board for each company within the group.
Ms. Pratt is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana as well as an LLB and PGDip in Business Administration from GIMPA. She is a Certified Governance Professional with the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland and a Certified ISO 37300 (Compliance Management Systems) Lead Implementer.

Joyleen is an astute corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in legal, regulatory and compliance services and has interest in providing solutions across various sectors and industries.
She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court Ghana with a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a minor in Sociology all from the University of Ghana.

Derrick is currently the General Manager of Tallmast Company Limited where he is leading the introduction of private securitized assets in Ghana’s capital market.
Derrick is a seasoned chartered accountant with extensive experience in asset management and administration of pension portfolios, valuation of companies, as well as preparing financial accounts for multiple companies in diverse industries.

Benjamin Tetteh Nanor is a seasoned Investment Banker and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate and Equity Research, Insurance, Real Estate and Pensions Management. He currently serves as Group Chief Finance Officer at Petra, overseeing a holding company and four subsidiaries, and concurrently as General Manager and Executive Director of Petra Securities. Previously, he served as Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital at Union Capital Limited, and as Senior Finance and Investment Manager at MnP Capital Ltd, with oversight of more than eight investee companies. Francis Gyabeng

Francis Gyabeng is an accounting professional with over three years of practical experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll management, and administrative operations.
